Mainly, all the instruments were positioned in front of the driver instead of spread out across the dash board, not to mention a center console was added. In addition, seatbelts became standard.
About 10% of 1958 Corvettes were ordered with the 290 horsepower fuel injected V8. A Corvette with the 230 horsepower standard engine hit 60 mph in 9.2 seconds, while its big brother with 290 horsepower reached 60 mph in 6.9 seconds.

San Diego is home to some of the best beaches and also some of the sexiest swimwear and swimsuit models in the world. As an online publication that focuses on covering the beaches and beach communities is is pretty hard to miss the hundreds if not thousands of beautiful women that flock to San Diego beaches on a daily basis.
SoCal Beaches Magazine has started to get national attention for some of their videos and classic car photo shoots with swimwear models along the Southern California coastline and beaches. Many of the models are part time students or aspiring models who often have other full time jobs and do phto shoots on the weekends. Needless to say with several major universities and colleges in town and a host of other home town hotties there is no shortage of women to showcase in the SoCal Beaches Magazine swimsuit models blog and SoCal Beaches Magazine website.
SoCal Beaches Magazine is showcasing their top swimsit model videos for December 2010 and are preparing to shoot more models and swimwear for a great 2011. Featured videos for December include a great swimsuit model contest in Mission Beach along with a video of a swimwear model from San Diego State University who graduated and started a jewelry line.
